Let it swim
It’s crazy how many stores close down and the new one comes (or not) lately… so when I passed by Ted Baker yesterday seeing it all wrapped up with the construction papers, I was a bit shocked… until I see the sign.
Ted was just at work! The sign was so cute and caught my eye so I had to take pictures.
I like the icon guy still wears tie and cute hat all fashionable with his construction tools and work. :)

Fun typography sign I found in South Williamsburg area. Supercore. I didn’t go in this time, but apparently it’s a Japanese cafe. I have to try next time! It seems like the Tokyo office is a motion graphic and design company and they opened a cafe in NYC. Pretty cool.
I came accorss this vintage Greyhound Bus Sign from Boston, Buffalo, Burlington… – so awesome! Love the type and white letters on black, I would buy this right now except it’s already sold out, of course.
I hope it made it to a nice home!
I had to stop and take a picture of this sign when I was walking around the city. And thought of coffee (because it’s simply saying to do so). Unfortunately, it wasn’t my time for a cup of coffee, but if coffee sounded good, you will turn the corner, won’t you? I thought it was so simple and clean design and great idea to use the great naming on the street like that as their advertisement.
