Papercuts Letters

I’ve been a fan of papercutdiecut, it’s been always on my etsy favorites, but when I saw that they have cutout letters now, my jar dropped! HOW PRETTY!

I bought my letter H as soon as I saw it – can’t wait to receive it!

It is all cutout by hands!

sigh. so beautiful.

I wish my hands could do this! Check out more handmade cutout art work from papercutdiecut.

T is for Tea Towel

Came across this cute tea towel with… letter Ts! A little typography in your kitchen anyone?

Love the hand-written Ts, it all looks a little different, and T is definitely for tea towel!

via spin spin handmade from Australia. They have more cute hand-made goods, too!

Coraline

I just saw Coraline and WOW, I am blown away!!! I just can’t believe this movie is a stop-motion movie, all hand-made, it is just incredible!! I highly recommend watching it if you haven’t already.

The behind scene videos are amazing, too, I especially like this tiny sweaters video — how amazing is this — and this is just one of the millions of things that went into this movie. I just can’t help wowing!!

I didn’t look around too much before I saw the movie and now I want to find more about the movie and so I explored the website and it is so amazing and fun here, I could spend lots of time playing around! You can really interact with the website, but you have to go into the house, scroll around your mouse, etc. to find them.

and yes, all the graphics are just awesome.

I won’t tell you how to get to these, but here are some of the fun I had :)

It is truly the biggest smallest movie EVER!!!

Happy President’s Day, everyone!!

Shop Local! Shop Handmade!

This weekend, if you are in Brooklyn or in New York area, there is a Holiday Craft Market going on in Park Slope. I’ve been always a fan of handmade products and I always love to go check out any craft events and since I took a pledge to buy handmade (see the badge on the right hand side!) and now a proud hand-printed shop owner, I will put on my big shoes for this snowy wet street and go check it out this weekend!

More information here.

I wish you all a very nice weekend! See you on Monday for my last letterpress class report.
