Happy Halloween!

Wishing you all a Happy Halloween!!! Maia is a cute witch this year — kept a classic Halloween costume since last year. (Yes, it is the same black vest I crocheted, I added some lace skirt!)

Be safe and have fun! See you on Monday…

LAMA Halloween Newsletter

I always have so much fun designing anything for LAMA since the day one. Their newsletter is one of my fun work I get to do and this month, it is Halloween themed… but very elegant and cool, fun, and edgy LAMA way!

They are introducing a new line of gorgeous jewelry, I was in love with them right away, and I thought instead of making the newsletter looking more spooky or Halloween-like, I just turned the llama pattern (usually in blue) and everything black — let the picture talk itself.

I love how it came out :) Maybe you can see the LAMA blog for some discount code…

Halloween is tomorrow! aww I am so not ready… it’s been crazy busy… but I will pull out something and have fun for sure!

Halloween Ghosts Cards

I came across these cute Halloween ghosts block printed notecards at DaWanda — it actually made me think of pacman and made me smile! :) They are hand-block printed with hand curved stamps, I love that.

Yes, Halloween is soon approaching… do you have any fun plans? It’s so funny, it always gets so busy around this time, I haven’t even thought about anything yet… Let me know if you do!

My Halloween and the City

This year, for the first time since I came to US, I couldn’t dress up… I was so mad that I had to work so late!

But I wanted to at least see NY Halloween parade so right out of work, I started heading towards 6th Avenue… and ohh my god, there were soo many people! A lot of people were dressed up, some impressive, some funny, I wanted to take more pictures, but it was just too crazy!

Randy was on 7th Avenue and I was on 5th Avenue, we couldn’t walk across 6th Avenue so we had to walk up until 23rd Street to actually see each other.

Trying to go back to 5th Avenue:

5th Avenue and 17th Street:

Empire State Building was in orange, it was so beautiful…

and it inspired us to go up there for the first time!

There was no line no waiting, went up to 86th floor, sky was clear and the city was wow, breathtaking!

So we had a little different Halloween night, but really, the city never stop amazing me.

Hope everyone had a fun Halloween!
