This was actually found by Mili last week at a subway station while waiting for a train. On a piece of cardboard, a kitty and “captain baby” was spray painted. I didn’t even realize, good eye, Mili!

“Las Bicicleatas” Installation
I wrote about the new installation in my neighborhood the other day, and I passed by the other sets of installation over the weekend so posting some pictures here.
I also found out that this is an exhibition called “Las Bicicleatas,” comes from artist Gilberto Aceves Navarro, an avid bicyclist who hopes to provoke discussion about bikes, people, and urban living. (via DUMBO website)
I guess more will be installed throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan! I’m sure I’ll find more…
(notice someone hiding?? haha)
New Art Installation
There are few new art installations in my neighborhood, DUMBO Brooklyn… These are one of them. It looks like a person on a bicycle, some are abstract, though.
I thought I saw these the other side of under the Manhattan Bridge, too.
Still loving my neighborhood filled with art and energy all the time even though there are SO MANY constructions going on right now…
Found Art: Egg Hunting
There is an (arty) egg hunting going on in NYC right now. I already found a few! Above eggs are all found in the Brooklyn Bridge park by the carousel, and this one below is found by the Madison square park. Aren’t they all so fun?!
I love when the whole city turns into an art festival, this time is for the Easter :) Hopefully, I can find more arty eggs… They are all pretty awesome!
