Sweet Petula Soap Packages

I love Sweet Petula’s soap packages. I haven’t tried the soap itself yet, but I’m sure they are just as great! Look at these packages!

I actually wanna decorate them in my bathroom… :)

and they are all $5!

Happy Girls’ Day!

March 3rd is traditional in Japan to celebrate Hina-matsuri, or Girls’ Day — a day for wishing all little girls health, growth and happiness :) I saw an article on Etsy’s Handmade Blog about Hina-matsuri and thought it was great! Check out the whole article here!

Coffee Love

I love my cup of coffee every morning. I really do. Sometimes, I wake up just so I can have a fresh cup. It is my big motivation and inspiration everyday :) We actually love this coffee from San Francisco, called Blue Bottle Coffee (we used to live right around the corner from their Hayes Valley kiosk) and we just couldn’t have anything else after drinking that coffee everyday and now that we live in NYC, we actually subscribe their coffee twice a month ever since we moved here. (oh, I actually have blogged about it before! I will keep saying this over and over.) Yes, it is THAT good. And it is so worth waking up for.

Anyway. I’ve been finding some coffee related cool items here and there so I thought I should share my coffee love to you today <3 Enjoy!

hmmm these things are inspiring me to print something new… with coffee love in mind :) Something to think about… (sip sip)

Cascading Flower Wall Art

I am still a bit tired from a fun night out on my birthday last night… (thanks so much to my husband, Randy!) so I wanted to share something pretty and soothing in my tired eye… this beautiful cascading flower wall art by Dashing Etc. Flowers are made of a light blue-gray wool blend felt in an embroidery hoop frame, so it is ready to hang.

There are more pretty felt flower art at Dashing Etc. etsy shop, make sure to check it out!

I will be back on Tuesday! (Monday is a President’s Day holiday here in US and we are celebrating our pre-wedding-anniversary! *we got married on the President’s Day, but the actual date is the 19th… and the actual celebration will be on the 19th so it is “pre” anniversary… yes, it’s complicated :))

Sweet Linen Heart

Happy February! February is my favorite month, love is in the air (not just Valentine’s Day, but we have our marriage anniversary — a leather year!) and I am saying hello to my new year (age) later this month, so exciting!

To start the month, I wanted to share these beautiful little white hearts by All Things White — love the vintage buttons and its details. I would love to hang it on my door or on a wall… so very lovely!

Hope these will make your Monday a happy one! :)

Cross Stitch Ornament

Aren’t these cross stitch ornaments (by Julie Ellen) so pretty? Very unique and personalized for your Christmas tree for sure. I would actually decorate them on my wall after the holidays, they will make such cute little typography on my wall :)

Message in a Bottle

How special and amazing service is this message in a bottle letter service by Miniature Rhino? (It is currently all sold out, I hope it’ll be listed again…)

I would cry if I receive a message in a bottle like this. It’ll be such a romantic thing and/or touching thing to receive / send… I’m getting lots of ideas and inspirations :)

I love that the message will be typed by hand on a vintage book paper using a vintage typewriter. Perfect.

Curated by UPPERCASE

My print was featured in The Storque at Etsy! I am super stoked because it was curated by Janine from UPPERCASE — one of my favorite design magazines (I am a proud subscriber since the issue 1 :)), online shops, and source of inspirations! Make sure to check out all of her picks — so good!

It’s been super crazy busy around here, I am so tired as I’m typing this, with soo much more to do ahead of me, but reading what she says: “financial risk and incredibly hard work are all worth it if you are true to yourself and your talents.” makes me believe that this is all worth it!!!

Thank you so much, Janine, for not only including my print, but also your inspiration!

cabin + cub 2010 Desk Calendar

I’m loving this 2010 desk calendar by cabin + cub — how cute! I’ve been a fan of her mixed media collages, they are just so cute and fun to look at and to get these 12 lovely images for each month in year 2010 and the reusable wooden mini easel stand sounds too good to be true!
