Tried the panorama option on my iPhone for the first time after upgrading the software. I like it! This is the Brooklyn Bridge park I always go to in panorama!

Hindsight is Always 20/20
President Obama got re-elected last night! Speaking of presidency, there was this art installation in Brooklyn Bridge park since the Arts Festival (and now, they are all gone after the hurricane) entitled Hindsight is always 20/20: Data from the American Presidency Project.
Hindsight is Always 20/20 examines the history of the presidential State of the Union address through the metaphor of vision. Drawn from the annual addresses given by Presidents to Congress, ‘Hindsight’ consists of a single Snellen-style eye chart for each president who performed this Constitutional act. Instead of the typical eye-chart characters, the piece highlights words from their State of the Union speeches presenting the sixty-six most frequently used words from each presidential administration, starting with the most often used word on the top line. All words are unique to each chart. The result is an engaging snapshot of each presidency at the time period in which they served.
I saw many people stopping and looking at this installation. I hope it didn’t get damaged too much from the Sandy… You can see the whole thing here. (Keep clicking to see each one)
Today’s Bridge 10.30.12
We went for a walk yesterday around 2:30pm since the hurricane was gone and seemed okay to go outside and we saw some devastated area… The park was remain closed…
The Main Street still had some water…
We went back there again today, people were starting to clean everywhere. We saw someone drew the line with “Sandy” on the restaurant Buddy’s wall — that’s how much the water came during the hurricane.
Nearby shops like Powerhouse Arena and One Girl Cookies were cleaning the mess this morning… I hope everything gets back to normal soon… including everywhere in NYC.
Today’s Bridge 10.25.12
The trees in the Brooklyn Bridge park have been turning colors, it is so pretty. I had to take few photos this morning — they are all without any filters (it’s a bit cloudy today). I think I say this ever year, but being able to see the season change is really amazing. Hope you enjoy these pictures as I did this morning :)
