Asics Running New York Campaign

I saw this Asics ad campaign (they have TV commercial and other visual executions on their website, too) in the city the other day and I had to take pictures — love the typography treatments! It just looks beautifully done… I’m sure runners can relate to the words and energy showing in this ad…

34th Street Trash Can

In New York City, on 34th Street (this was on the west side), there are trash cans that have pattern made out of number 34 — always catches my eye. I like using types and numbers and make patterns, I think it’s cool :)

Found Type: Wine Chalkboard Sign

Found this great handwritten chalkboard sign in front of Blanc & Rouge — a wine shop in DUMBO. Isn’t it lovely? Love the cursive type and decorative lines. Very nice!

On the back is a “Gin made in Brooklyn” sign. This side is cool, too.

By the way, did you see the font day over at Design*Sponge yesterday? I LOVED it!!! :)
Have a great day, everyone. I’m off to printing all day today…

Found Type: Brooklyn Bridge

I walked the Brooklyn Bridge 3 weeks ago (wow. I wish time can wait for me sometimes.) and found some types on the bridge. It’s so great to look at because not only it has its history, but also it is embossed / 3D so it makes the shadow — love that shadows!

Happy Friday, everyone! xo
