Linko’s House

One of my best friends, Linko has designed and built a new loft home with her fiancé by rearranging her parents’ building and they made it so cool that I had to post some photos here. Made me want to own a house! Well, before that, I have to finish up our apartment here… inspired me to finish up for sure!

Food From the Trip

You can eat a very good food anywhere in Japan – even convenient store food is so good there. They have lots of traditional food, too. Eating in Japan is like the best thing ever!

Besides my mom’s homemade food and Sanuki Udon, I ate lots of good food. I couldn’t take pictures of every single thing I ate, but here are some to share.

It’s fun to go there in Japan.

Kobe Nankinmachi

There are 2 Chinatowns in Japan; one in Yokohama, and one in Kobe – I went to one in Kobe, also known as Nankinmachi. I used to go there a lot when I was in high school and it’d been more than 12 years since last time I visited there and nothing was changed! I was so happy to see the same Chinatown because lot of things seem to have changed over the decades in Japan, but yes, there are things that never change and I hope it stays that way…
